JenMarie facilitates experiential sessions that weave together mindfulness, movement, and reflective practices to support presence, clarity, and connection. Depending on the group, this may include a body scan meditation, yin-style yoga, sensory awareness exercises, or playful movement prompts to help participants drop into the body and release tension.
Sessions may also draw on reflective and leadership-based practices such as guided journaling, vision-boarding, and group and partner conversation around stress, burnout, growth, and self-awareness in leadership.
Throughout, participants are invited to explore the connection between their inner experience and how they show up in their work and daily rituals. They leave with simple, embodied tools they can return to — supporting the integration of Head, Heart, and Body.
