I'm JenMarie Landig. I work at the intersection of mindfulness and operations, serving as a guide for leaders and teams navigating operational challenges. Through my integrated Head, Heart, Body approach I help clients achieve results in three areas: operations and strategic clarity, mindfulness and emotional intelligence, and somatic awareness with nervous system regulation.
Drawing from executive leadership experience, certified mindfulness training, lifelong movement practice, and a background in art and business, I help people build systems that work and lead with greater clarity. Unlike mindfulness coaches who don’t advise on operations, or consultants who are unaware of the body's wisdom, I bring both. I provide continuity and expertise, whether coaching you through challenges or taking projects off your plate, with ongoing support customized to your needs.
