My one-on-one private sessions help you weave mindfulness into every part of your life through the personalized integration of Head, Heart, and Body. Together, we create transformation; more sustained, deeper, meaningful shifts that support how you want to live, relate, and heal.

Each Session Includes:

Personalized guidance, movement and mindfulness practices, and supportive take-home exercises to help you integrate what we explore even after our session has concluded. The work is both grounding and expansive—and tailored entirely to you.

My background combines decades of operational leadership and formal training—including roles as Chief of Staff—with lifelong dance and movement practice and science-based mindfulness training from UC San Francisco and Google-founded Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute. About Me

I work at the intersection of mindfulness, movement, and real-life integration—guiding individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck back into clarity, groundedness, and forward momentum.

My approach blends deep presence with practical follow-through, helping clients not only understand what’s happening in their lives, but actually shift how they experience and move through it.

Through my integrated Head, Heart, Body framework, I support clients in three core areas: gaining clarity and direction, deepening emotional awareness and resilience, and reconnecting with the body as a source of insight, regulation, and trust.
