Mindful Movement: A Journey Through the Elements
In these experiential workshops, we’ll explore the deep connections between our bodies and the natural world through the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. Through mindful movement, we’ll reconnect with the elemental forces within us—our bones as stones, our blood as rivers, our breath as wind. We'll reflect on how tension and unexpressed emotions live in s body, and how releasing them can restore balance and clarity. The workshop includes a body scan meditation and guided gentle movement. There will also be time for personal reflection, and conversation with JenMarie and fellow participants.
